If you have questions or concerns about shipping costs automatically calculated at checkout, please contact us before submitting your order.

Freight Forwarders: Outer Reef Yachts does not ship to freight forwarders under any circumstances.

International Orders: For International shipments, please contact us directly at reefgear@outerreefyachts.com  or +1 954.767.8305. Duties, taxes or other fees are the responsibilities of the recipient; these fees will be due at the time of delivery preparation.

Shipping Holidays: Outer Reef Yachts will not be shipping on days the office is closed. For more information regarding these dates please contact us at reefgear@outerreefyachts.com or +1 954.767.8305.

Expedited Shipping: For expedited shipping options and costs, please contact us directly at reefgear@outerreefyachts.com or +1 954.767.8305. Orders requested to ship Expedited or Express shipping will carry a higher shipping fee, which will depend on the total weight and destination of your order. Not available for P.O. Boxes.

In-Store Pickup: Outer Reef Yachts also offers free "in-store" pickup at our Fort Lauderdale, FL office at no additional fee - please contact us directly at reefgear@outerreefyachts.com or 954.767.8305 to place a pickup order.
